Gates open at 2pm so arrive early to make the most of everything we have on offer!
Before attending please check out these tips for the weekend.
GATE TIMES
SATURDAY 5th July
Doors open at 2pm. The event finishes at 11:00pm.
SUNDAY 6th July
Doors open at 2pm. The event finishes at 10:30pm.
Last entry is 6pm both nights.
Arrive early to avoid any queues!
No re-entry or pass-outs will be allowed unless in exceptional circumstances.
WHAT TO BRING
- Printed or downloaded tickets (make sure you download it before coming to the event)
- ID – See our full list below
- Cash and / or card for purchases at the festival
- Appropriate clothing for the weather
- Sunscreen (non-aerosol) up to 100ml
WHAT NOT TO BRING
- Glass – this includes perfume bottles
- Alcohol, soft drinks or water. (empty refillable plastic water bottles are permitted)
Free water is available on-site at the Jersey Water Hydration Station - Food – unless to accommodate access and / or medical requirements
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or sharp items
- Fireworks, lasers, smoke canisters
- Aerosols over 200ml
- Selfie sticks
- Chairs
- Umbrellas
This list is not exhaustive. Security has the final say in line with our terms and conditions.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated upon entry and likely to be destroyed.
CHILDREN
Weekender is an all ages event, with General Admission and VIP tickets available for children.
All children (0 – 13yrs) must be accompanied by a responsible Parent / Guardian aged 18 YRS+ at all times.
There is a strict maximum of 3 children per responsible Parent / Guardian.
- 4 YRS & under go free, no ticket required.
- 5 – 13 YRS must be in possession of a valid Child Ticket for the day(s) of attendance.
The child’s age must be below 14 YRS on the day(s) of attendance.
Entry via the Main Gate Family Lane accompanied by a responsible parent / guardian.
ID is required if the child is aged 11+
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability from any under 18s at the event.
TICKETS & ENTRY
Tickets do not need to be in the name of the attendee.
Upon arrival, have your ticket ready for scanning, along with valid photo ID (if required for age verification)
Download your ticket (or screenshot it) before you come to the event to avoid any mobile phone connection issues at the gate.

The Gate Team reserves the right to refuse entry to anybody considered to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and those who are disorderly, or engage in inappropriate behaviour, vandalism or evade valid admission.

MISSING TICKETS
You can access your orders via FIXR https://fixr.co
You need to login with the email address that you used to purchase your tickets in order to access them.
WRISTBANDS
You will receive a wristband on arrival at the gate after providing your valid ticket.
Weekend wristbands must remain on for the entire weekend, any that have been removed or tampered with will be refused entry. Do not remove your wristband until after Sunday night.
ID
You must be 18 to purchase alcohol and you may be asked to verify your age.
A ‘Challenge 21’ system is in place at the bars and you will need your ID in order to be issued an ‘age verified’ wristband so you can purchase alcohol.
Valid forms of ID are:
- Full Driving Licence
- Provisional Driving Licence
- Current Passport
- Out of Date Passport (expired within 5 years)
- National ID card
YOTI is not accepted.
Photocopies are not accepted.
ON-SITE PURCHASES
To purchase alcoholic and soft drinks Weekender you can pay using the following methods:

SAVE BY PURCHASING TOKENS IN ADVANCE!
Prepaid tokens are cheaper than purchasing drinks at the event. Tokens can only be purchased in advance online and collected onsite at the event from the token booth.
HOW DO TOKENS WORK?
- Tokens can be used to purchase from the bars at Weekender.
- Each token is the equivalent of 1 x Alcoholic drink (Lager / Cider / Spirit + mixer / Wine / Prosecco / Shots)
- Split the token in half, and these can be used for soft drinks.
- Tokens can be spent at the festival merchandise tent.
- Tokens are valid for any ‘Happy Hour’ promotions onsite
Tokens are non-refundable and can only be spent at the event. Only purchase what you intend to spend! Tokens from previous events are not valid.
On-Site food vendors and traders accept cash or card, but not tokens.
BARS AND FOOD
At Weekender you can purchase drinks from our main arena bar, an Express ‘Cans Only’ bar and the VIP bar.
Soft drinks can be purchased at the main arena bar and the VIP Bar, as well as the catering and refreshments stalls.
Food can be purchased from the catering and refreshment stall in the main arena, as well as the catering outlet in the VIP area.
DRINKS PROMOTIONS
Enjoy our brand new Drinks Promotion… THE FESTIVAL ‘HAPPIEST HOUR’
We’re making the most of the Jersey sunshine this summer at Weekender and getting the party started early!
Between 14:00 until 15:30 each day, all Weekender bars will operate a ‘two for one’ discount promotion on all drinks (Alcoholic & Soft) (excluding Champagne)
NB: Licensing Regulations apply
ACCESSIBILITY
We have a dedicated drop off point on St Aubin’s road, approximately 50m from the gate.
Accessible toilets are available on site.
Our staff will be on hand to help with any other issues you might encounter on the weekend, if you need help or are unsure of anything just ask.
WELFARE
Keep a look out for each other! We are all in this together. Our welfare team and staff will be on hand to help anyone that’s in need, if you see anyone struggling please let them know!
Free water is also available on-site from the Jersey Water Hydration Station.
LOST & FOUND / CONTRABAND ITEMS
If you lost something at Weekender or had it taken from you at the gates, please email us at contact@weekender.je with a photo of the item (or description) and the day that you attended.
