WEEKENDER FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

(the “Terms and Conditions”)

The purchase of ticket(s) to the Event signifies your agreement to the following Terms & Conditions issued by Jersey Weekender Limited:

“Jersey Weekender Limited”, “us”, “we” or “our” means Jersey Weekender Limited, a company incorporated in Jersey with registration number 123507 and/or its representatives, employees and subcontractors.

“Event” means the Weekender Festival taking place on 31st August and 1st September 2024.

TICKET PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. All tickets are non-refundable.

  2. We reserve the right to postpone and reschedule the event where we deem it necessary or desirable, without restricting our right to postpone and reschedule, we would ordinarily only take that decision because of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, for example, an act of god, force majeure, an act of war, an epidemic or pandemic.

  3. The postponement and rescheduling of the event does not constitute a cancellation.

  4. All tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event.

  5. If the event is cancelled (not postponed and/or rescheduled), you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket(s) (not including and booking fees or card charges) with no further liability to us. Any claim to a refund can only be made from the website, weekender.je and must be requested no later than three months from the date of cancellation notified by us otherwise it will lapse.

  6. Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, material alteration or by special exception determined by us at our sole discretion.

  7. For the purposes of these T&Cs: ‘major cancellation’ is the cancellation of the event in full (and not rescheduled). If only one or more days (but not all days) of the event are cancelled, you may only be offered a proportionate partial refund; ‘material alteration’ is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in our opinion, makes the event materially different to the event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. In particular, please note that the following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the line-up of the event; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual members of a band; curtailment of the event where the majority of the event is performed in full; relocation of the event; and delays to starting the performance of an event; and ‘special exception’ is an exception determined by us at our sole discretion.

  8. We accept no responsibility for resold, lost, stolen, duplicated or damaged tickets.

  9. Duplicate tickets will be refused admission.

  10. Tickets cannot be resold by any company or business or used in third party promotions or competitions without our express permission.

  11. We reserve the right to change the location of the event.

  12. We reserve the right to change the artists and/or line up and/or billing without notification or any liability.

  13. We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property whether sustained at the event or relating to the holding of the event or otherwise unless caused as a direct result of any negligence on our part which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
